Access to the Compactor  

A friendly reminder that each retailer is responsible for keeping their compactor access fob secure. If a fob is lost or requires replacement, a $50 replacement fee will apply.

Organic Waste

Thank you to all retailers for your continued support as we work together to reduce waste, improve recycling outcomes and operate the centre more sustainably. Your day-to-day efforts make a meaningful difference to both the centre’s environmental performance and the overall presentation of our shared back-of-house areas.

We are pleased to share that, through the collective efforts of our retailer community, Seven Hills Plaza has now recycled 77 tonnes of organic waste. This is a fantastic milestone and a strong reminder of what can be achieved when we all play our part.

To help maintain this momentum, please continue to separate organic waste from general waste where possible and ensure your team members are familiar with the correct waste streams. If you are unsure, Centre Management is happy to assist with further guidance.

Staff Parking

Staff parking white cards are no longer required, with the centre now operating on Licence Plate Recognition technology. Please ensure your team’s vehicle details are up to date with Centre Management to support a smooth parking experience for staff.
