New Security & Cleaning Teams Onboard 

We’ve recently welcomed new security and cleaning contractors to the centre. You’ll spot some new faces around the Plaza as they get familiar with the site and settle into their roles, helping keep everything running smoothly day-to-day. 

Introducing Mazin, our new S1 

Mazin has joined us as our new Security 1 and is already making a positive impression. He’ll be a regular presence throughout the centre, supporting retailers and ensuring our operations stay on track. Be sure to say hello when you see him around. 

Acknowledging Rahmat’s Incredible Contribution 

After more than 20 years as Seven Hills Plaza’s trusted Security 1, Rahmat has decided to step back and enjoy more family time. While he’s reducing his hours, you’re still very much part of his week — you’ll see his friendly face on Sunday and Monday mornings. 
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rahmat for his longstanding dedication, commitment and the genuine care he’s shown our retailers, customers and team over the years. 

New Compactors — A Friendly Reminder 

Our new compactors are now in action. To keep everything running as it should, please remember not to contaminate cardboard with general waste. Keeping the streams clean helps avoid equipment issues and ensures efficient waste management for everyone. 

Trolley Use Reminder 

A quick reminder that retailer trolleys aren’t to be used for transporting stock or rubbish. This helps maintain safety, keeps equipment available for its intended use, and avoids unnecessary wear and tear.

If you have any leaks in your tenancy — even if you’re not sure whether they’ve been flagged before — please reach out to Centre Management. Early notice helps us respond quickly and minimise any disruption.
